Which camping software is nFADP-compliant and hosted in Switzerland?

CampOne runs exclusively in Swiss data centres (Swiss-hosted) and meets the new Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nDSG) and — where applicable — the GDPR. No data leaves Switzerland.

Is there campsite booking software with Swiss QR-Bill and TWINT?

Yes. CampOne supports Swiss QR-Bill and TWINT natively — no third-party plug-ins, no extra setup. Guests pay directly through your website without opening an external payment app.

What is the difference between camping software and a campsite PMS?

PMS (Property Management System) is the hospitality term for the central management software. "Camping software" and "campsite PMS" today describe the same thing: one system for bookings, pitches, guests, finance and statutory reporting. Do I need technical knowledge?

No. CampOne is designed to be set up and used without IT expertise. We support you during onboarding.

Pricing & Billing

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the difference is calculated pro-rata.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, bank transfer and LSV/direct debit.

Are there setup fees?

No. All plans include free onboarding. For Enterprise customers, we offer on-site training on request.

Data Protection & Security

Where is my data stored?

All data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland — in certified data centres meeting the highest security standards.

Is CampOne nDSG-compliant?

Yes. CampOne meets all requirements of the new Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) and the GDPR.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You have 90 days after cancellation to export all data. After that, it is securely deleted in accordance with the nDSG.

Can I connect CampOne with Booking.com?

Yes, through our Channel Manager add-on module you can connect Booking.com, Google Hotels and other OTAs.

Does CampOne support HESTA reports?

Yes. From the Professional plan, HESTA guest reports are created automatically and can be submitted directly.

Is support available in English?

Yes, our entire support is available in German, French and Italian. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated contact person.

Is there a mobile app?

CampOne is optimised as a responsive web app and works on any device — smartphone, tablet and desktop. A native app is planned.
