Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the difference is charged pro rata.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, bank transfer and direct debit.
Is support available in English?
Our support is available in German, French, Italian and English. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated contact person.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You have 90 days after cancellation to export all your data. After that, it is securely deleted in accordance with the nDSG.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. CampOne is designed to be set up and used without any IT expertise. We support you throughout onboarding.
